Welcome to the very new and improved Pepperverse!
I was really bad about updating my other webpage. For a whole
year. But 2008 is going to bring a fresh start for my life and
for the Pepperverse! I'll be slowly adding more and more information
and extras to this website. So look around, and if you have any
question, feel free to email me!

(Just Like) Starting Over

For angst lovers looking for a story that will touch their
heart and silently having them praying for a happy outcome,
I very much recommend (Just Like) Starting Over.
The Obsolete Man
Five Angels from FAR
Pepper Espinoza's The Obsolete Man is a story about loss and
despair and new beginnings. This story may be short, but it
is intense. The suspense regarding James's plan to commit suicide
is enough to keep a reader fully engaged and even a little anxious
for the duration. Ms. Espinoza has done an excellent job getting
the reader to identify with James, and even though we can't
condone his decision to kill himself, his despair is heartbreaking.

This is a hot story: Sam and Owen can hardly walk or talk because
they want each other so much, but they can't help arguing, as
not only their political differences, but their insecurities,
plague them both. Sam hasn't emailed Owen in all this time;
why? Owen hasn't reached out either, so does he have a right
to be hurt? The two men are so well developed in this story
that you can practically feel the sparks as their mutual attraction
fights their fear of rejection. When you don't agree on much
of anything except wanting to rip each other's clothes off,
is there a future?
Making Waves
Five Hearts From the Romance Studio
Great dialogue enmeshed in some serious situations and some
fun is another trait of this author's work that never lets me
down. It takes a few surprises to help the men work through
their problems but they flow naturally through the framework
Ms. Espinoza weaves into the story. This is another great read
from one of my favorite authors.
Four Stars from Reviews by Jessewave
This was a nice little story, one I enjoyed. If you like reading
about flawed heroes and/or the famous person/normal person dynamic,
and/or are fans of Pepper Espinoza’s work, then you will like
it, too.
